DriverReady Subscription Terms & Refund Policy

Your subscription with DriverReady begins as soon as your initial payment is successfully processed. Your subscription automatically renews each week without further notice unless you cancel before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us to securely store your payment method(s) and automatically charge your selected payment method(s) each week at the then-current rate until you cancel.

DriverReady reserves the right to modify your plan’s rate during any renewal period, with prior notice provided via email and/or your DriverReady Account page. You will have the option to cancel before the new rate takes effect.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any backup payment method(s) linked to your account. If no valid payment method is available and payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate your subscription until the outstanding balance is settled. You can update your payment information anytime via your DriverReady Account page.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your DriverReady Account page or by contacting Customer Support.

Full Refund Eligibility:

If you cancel within 5 days of your initial order, you are eligible for a full refund upon request. This refund applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to renewals or reactivations.

No Refunds After 5 Days:

If you cancel after 5 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

No Refunds for Renewals:

Since our subscriptions renew automatically each week, it is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged. Refunds will not be granted for subscription renewals unless required by law.

Billing Disputes:

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our Customer Support team first to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in your account being permanently suspended.
